Basic Qualifications and

The SailPoint Engineer will work on a team supporting process and governance functions within Identity and Access Management. This includes cross-team communication and functions that also include automation and process improvement efforts. This position will work with key business units, developers, vendors and security engineers to help support the future of the organization

Responsibilities
  • This position will optimize and build data systems as well as support software developers, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives to ensure optimal data delivery architecture that is consistent throughout ongoing projects.
  • They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems and products.
  • The right candidate will be excited by the prospect of optimizing our data architecture to support.

Required Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 4 years working in Sailpoint IdentityIQ
  • Desired Characteristics Technical Expertise Experience with Identity & Access Management technologies (SailPoint IdentityIQ, Oracle Identity Analytics, Savyint, etc.)
  • Experience with reading/writing code in an Object Oriented programming language (Java, C#, Python, etc.)
  • Experience with web services (JSON, SOAP, XML, etc.)
  • Proficient in writing SQL and PL/SQL as well as understanding of relational databases Commitment to advocating for solid development practices, (Source control, CI/CD, automated infrastructure, etc.)
  • Understanding of available AWS or other cloud services and how they can be leveraged across Identity & Access Management Experience in Security or Compliance and working in IT audit or compliance
  • Strong planning & project management skills Business
  • Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical communities
  • Experience working in an environment with export control requirements, SOX requirements, FDA requirements, etc.
  • Company, accounting, consulting, or CISA/CISM certification Leadership Proven ability to coordinate and influence large groups
  • Strong team player -collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
  • Communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions
  • Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise
  • Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives
  • Makes data driven decision to resolve business problems
